Lower 6- Lee Whiteley visit
Date: 27th Feb 2017 @ 9:36am
What a great day we had on Friday, with a special visit from Team GB paralympian Lee Whiteley!
The children took part in a sports circuit led by Lee where everyone joined in and tried their very best. We also completed lessons learning about the Olympic and Paralympic values and how we can incorporate those values in to school life.
In the afternoon we got a chance to listen to Lee's story in an assembly and ask Lee some questions about his life and his sport. We all came away very inspired and motivated by what he had to say.
Check out the photos below of the children taking part in the sports circuit.
