NOTICE OF BUILDING WORK AND SCHOOL REDEVELOPMENT 2023-2024
Please be advised that from July 2023 to September 2024 our school is undertaking significant building work and refurbishment.
ALL SCHOOL VISITORS MUST report to Reception and ensure their identification issued at the School Office is worn at all times.
ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ensure they are signed in at their Site Office and compound, known to the Site Manager, and the relevant identification worn at all times.
PARENTS & CARERS MUST ensure children are supervised at all times when in their care and ensure they do not stray from sight.

Today we had great fun investigating how the size of a shadow changes in Science. In our groups, we changed the distance of the torch by 10cm each time and measured the size of the shadow to see if there were any changes. We found that when the torch was closer to the object, it created a larger shadow than when it was at a further distance. Take a look at some of the pictures. Can you spot the shadow?
