Brainstorms and puzzles

Date: 7th May 2017 @ 4:21pm

In literacy this week we continued to study the book, 'The Mysteries of Harris Burdick.' We found some of the pictures quite scary but loved discussing what mysteries were behind the pictures. Next week we will be starting to write our own mystery stories so keep tuned and we will post some of them for you to read.

In maths we had a brillant time problem solving with multiplication and division. We are all developing a healthy competitive ethos in numeracy. It's great to see who can solve problems or puzzles first and it's not always the same people.

This week's mathematician has to go to Lewis Smith - well done Lewis!

Have a look at us all working hard in literacy and maths.

Please post you thoughts and ideas.
