Holiday Club

Unfortunately, our October half term holiday club will not take place this year. With the current COVID-19 situation nationally we feel that it is better to make a firm decision at this earlier stage rather than let parents down at the eleventh hour. This is a decision we have not taken lightly and while we understand you may be disappointed we equally hope you appreciate that we wanted to at least give some certainty so you can make alternative arrangements.  We are hopeful that Holiday Club will resume in February and you will book on as and when the service resumes.  Apologies again for any inconvenience this is causing to and your children.

Holiday club is available to children from Nursery to Year 6 and is open Monday to Friday, 7.45 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., (excluding Bank Holidays). The cost for a full day is £24.50 and a half day (7.45 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. or 1 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.) is £12.25.

The club offers an exciting range of daily activities such as art and craft, baking, sewing, iPad, movie time, sports and trim trails to name a few!

We now offer our successful Holiday Club to children from other schools.

To find out further information please contact the school's Extended Hours Manager, Mrs. Skeggs.

Our payment and cancellation details are as follows:

Bookings

Parents / carers are required to book their child’s place in advance, using Arbor. Guidance on how to do this is available in the Arbor section of our school website.  We are not able to accommodate ad hoc bookings unless there are exceptional circumstances and places are available. Please note that places are only guaranteed once they are booked and paid for.

Payment

  • Places are limited to 24 per session and must be booked, using Arbor, in advance. Guidance on how to do this is available in the Arbor section of our school website.
  • Places booked must be paid for at the time of booking for all parents / carers, with the exception of those parents / carers that pay by Childcare Vouchers. Parents / carers paying by Childcare Vouchers do, however, still need to book their sessions using Arbor.
  • Parents / carers from other schools who wish to book a place should contact Mrs. Skeggs as they are unable to access Arbor
  • Parents / Carers must give notice to cancel a child’s place on or before the closure of the booking window. This date will be visible on Arbor. If the school does not receive notice of cancellation by this date, the full cost of the booking will be charged
  • If a child is absent from the club due to sickness, the full cost of the booking will be charged
  • If the provision is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. school closure, no charge will be made

If you have not yet registered for Arbor please contact the school office who will provide log in details for you.
