Reading
This week's reading is called 'Health-Conscious Kids' (text, questions and guidance are attached at the bottom of the page). Please spend the first day reading the text and clarifying any words you do not understand the meaning of. Can you make a note of these words? Then, working with an adult, complete the questions attached.
Also, Children can access Accelerated Reader (CLICK HERE) and complete quizzes between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
Grammar and Punctuation
This week's grammar and punctuation worksheets are below along with the answers to check once you have finished. This week's topics are recounts, using noun phrases and identifying verbs within a sentence.
