16/03/17 - Y3/4 Basketball competition with Cronton CoE - written by Mr Sanders
Date: 18th Mar 2017 @ 5:29pm
Six Year 3 children and six Year 4 children had the opportunity to represent our school in a basketball competition organised by Mr Noblett. We faced Cronton CoE in three entertaining matches. At the end of the competition, our blue team had won all 3 of their matches, meaning that they won the competition. Our green team won 1, drew 1 and lost 1 match, meaning that they finished in 3rd place. All of the children that took part represented the school fantastically well!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Noblett for organising the competition and Halewood Academy's sports leaders for officiating the matches.
