Equality and Diversity Week- 4B
Date: 4th Oct 2019 @ 12:04pm
This week has been Equality and Diversity week throughout the school, and in Year 4 we have been learning about Autism, and reading the book ‘Soccer Fence’, which is about Nelson Mandela and the changes he made in the world, and in the South African community. The children had some fantastic, mature ideas and opinions about our learning, and I was really impressed with their understanding!
Today (Friday), we were lucky enough to share the learning that other classes have been doing, and celebrating different famous people who have inspired and made changes in the world.
