Happy New Year!
Date: 5th Jan 2018 @ 9:18am
This week the children have been settling back into school routines after the Christmas break. We have been talking about making New Year resolutions - explaining that this is a promise that you make to yourself about something you want to do. Children listened to Elmo from Sesame Street who made several resolutions, including: to say please and thankyou; to be kind and helpful; and to make unhappy friends smile. Some children have then written their own resolutions (using their phonic knowledge) and these have included things like "giving mum more hugs"! Have you made a resolution? Talk to your child about it and ask them if they have made one.
