Playdough Recipe

As promised, here is a quick recipe for gorgeous playdough. Have fun!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups plain flour, 1 cup salt, 2 teaspoons cream of tartar, 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, food colouring. 

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, then cook in a microwave for one minute at a time. After each minute of cooking, stir in the top layer and return to the microwave to cook for another minute. Repeat until the mixture is firm and not sticky, this could be up to seven or eight minutes depending on the size of the cups you used to measure the ingredients. Leave to cool before using.
