Upper 6 Update

What a busy half term we have had so far in Upper 6! As well as our continued hard work towards our upcoming SATs tests we have also had the opportunity to sample what a science lesson may look like in secondary school, thanks to a brilliant trip to Halewood Academy. Our children were brilliantly behaved and engaged really well with the fun experiments led by a very helpful group of Year 11 children.

We also really enjoyed World Book Day and our visit from The Book People Bus. We were hugely excited by the books on offer from the bus and it was great to see the enthusiasm generated on World Book Day still with our children.  Have a look at our costumes below, and a special well done to our competition winner, Amber, for her ‘The Book With No Pictures’ costume.

Finally, your children should now have their Parent's Evening appoitments signed on to their original slips, if you need to change a time don't hesitate to ask!
