wb10.09.18 - First full week back!

It was our first full week back in school this week and we had lots of fun exploring the story of 'Lizzie and the Birds'. We explored the story in great detail before designing our own bird for the story. We then wrote a character description about our bird in our English books, detailing their appearance, personality and hobbies. In maths, we have been focusing on place value by looking at three digit numbers. We now know what each digit represents and we had the opportunity to play a fun game with our friends to practise this further.
