World Cup Football tournament in school

Children from Year 6 approached Mr Boulton to set up an action team for a football tournament, to celebrate the World Cup. They came up with the format, how the teams would enter, how to decide who was which team, where it would be played, when, who the referee would be and medals for winners. They also approached Mr Sanders about buying medals for winners. The children got themselves into teams, and were then allocated a country. The tournament is in full swing at lunch times- keep an eye out for an announcement when we have a winning team!
