Year 5B trip to Liverpool

Yesterday we went to Liverpool for a teip and had a lovely time! We started off with a walking tour around St George's Hall learning about the history of the building and all about the trials that had taken place there. We then went to the Walker Art Gallery and had our lunch, and visited the museum for a wander around the Bug House. We then visited the Art Gallery again for a Leonardo da Vinci experience where the children watched a performance about his sketchbook, then they were given their own sketchbook to try mirror writing in and to create their own inventions like Leonardo da Vinci! We then went back to the coach and headed back to school. The children's behaviour was fantastic and we learnt lots!
