How parents in Knowsley feel about flu vaccinations
Knowsley Council are working with Social Marketing Gateway (SMG), an independent research company, to explore how parents in Knowsley feel about flu vaccinations for their children aged 2-3 years and 12-15 years old.
As part of this, SMG has developed an online questionnaire which will take around 10 minutes to complete. It can be accessed at: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/KnowsleyFluParents/ We would be very grateful if you could complete this questionnaire by 15th February 2022.
Everyone who completes the survey will be given the opportunity to enter a prize draw, where they could win one of three £50 Love2Shop vouchers, which can be used in most high street shops.
All the answers you give will be kept by SMG in the strictest confidence and your name won’t be linked in any way to your answers. SMG abide by the Market Research Code of Conduct and GDPR so the information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this project.
