Toys and Squishies in school
TOYS AND OTHER ITEMS COMING IN TO SCHOOL
Dear Parents
We are currently experiencing more and more children bringing toys and other items into school. Unfortunately this is causing some issues at break times, lunch times and then spilling over into lesson time.
We respectfully ask that toys are not brought into school unless we are having a toy day. Items, such as the latest trend in Squishies, are coming in a lot and if these get damaged or lost children get upset.
Please speak to your child about this at home and know that children will be spoken to by their teacher and other school adults if they come in with items they shouldn’t have in school.
We hope this message makes it easier for you in a morning when you are packing your child’s school bag!
