Maths Home Learning - 4th May onwards

Dear Parents/Carers

I am writing to inform you of the changes that will take place, week commencing 4th May, with regards to our current online Maths learning.

White Rose has been extremely useful during this time of uncertainty and as a staff we have all agreed that this is the most relevant and detailed scheme that has been created for this period of home learning.

However, from Monday there are slight changes that will be made when accessing your child’s Maths work. The videos will still be accessed from www.whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/ but the worksheets that correspond with the lesson will need to be downloaded from teacher’s blogs.

The reason for this change is simple, the worksheets are now premium content and now come at a cost. As a school, we thought it was necessary to continue to provide the best support for the children at our school during this period and have therefore purchased the worksheets.

Also due to the uncertainty about when and how we will return to school White Rose have created a Summer overview. This will allow you to support your child during this time to make sure that there are no gaps in learning during this pandemic. Please see PDF file below.

I would like to thank you all personally for providing your children with access to the work we are providing. It is crucial that we continue to support our children with the best education possible.
