Bring a bottle for the Christmas Fair bottle tombola (always VERY popular!)

Children In Need

 Dear Parents

First of all thank you to everyone for sending in their children wearing odd socks today (Monday 12th November) to kick off our anti-bullying week.  We will be doing work both in class and in assemblies on this topic throughout the week so please chat with your child about it at home.

It is a busy time of the year and I am conscious of the number of activities that are happening and trying to ensure we don’t miss important events and don’t overburden you as parents.

With this in mind, a reminder that we are asking for children to bring in bottles this Friday 16th November (letter sent out last week) and this coincides with Children In Need.

So as not to miss these two events, children are asked to come in school with a bottle and can wear their own clothes.

We will also have buckets at entrances for money donations for Children In Need and ask that if you want to donate that way we will gladly collect and send this in as a school donation to this fantastic charity – give as little or as much as you can afford.

It would also be great if children can incorporate the Children In Need spotty theme to their own clothes but this is entirely at your discretion.

I hope that helps and works for all of you.  Thanks in advance for your support and donations!

 Yours sincerely

 Mr S Hanley
